Mulder looked pretty decent until that 7th inning.I'm not sure why A's manager Ken Macha felt the need to keep Mulder in, after he gave up two hits in the 7th... and was facing Arod.Lack of respect for Arod, perhaps? The homerun goes over the left field fence... and Macha doesn't take Mulder out. A walk ensues... and the A's relief core implodes once again.Sure, the Yankees are a great team... but, why hand them a game?
